Didn’t bother to browse other bikes when I saw the ad for the x class.🤷🏾♀️ I didn’t know anything about ebikes until I bought the x class. Besides I saw the x class and just fell in love with how it looks. The juiced is 105lbs compared to the 70lbs of the x class. This may not matter for you depending on your situation, but I have to lift my bike up a flight of stairs. I've heard good and bad things from both companies customer service.
