SMP breast jiggle and all clothes SMP physics still working. I'm using 3BA body with full SMP option. SOS and ABC for creature physics. If you're on SE or AE and the armor mod is SE or AE, you'll want to use Faster SMP. The original HDT SMP is entirely obsolete and HDT PE is for Oldrim. I went ahead and took karonar's faster hdt-smp and added another tweak for VR ( here ). This only uses physics for npcs in front of you in addition to the range check karonar added. I use Faster HDT-SMP, CBPC, 3BA with full SMP Physics and i have no problems with body physics and collisions, its just with HDT-SMP for Cloaks and Capes and KS Hairdos SMP and maybe some COCO 3BA SMP outfits when my game gets <1 fps or even crashes.

HDT SMP problems can differ pretty much on a case by case scenario, so a "physics aren't working" from person 1, lacks information on the problem. generally speaking: if something falls to the ground, there is something wrong with your xml.
